Why The Small Moments?
You don't have to hire an entire production team. My background is in film production, photography, sports media, social media, events, and program management. When a project calls for other skills, I have trusted creative partners to bring in.
I've spent years working in complicated creative environments, and I know what has to happen behind the scenes for the visible thing to work.
And yes, I am that person who gets excited when a chaotic notebook of creative ideas becomes a color coordinated database with moving parts.
I'm not here to take over. I'm here to make your job easier.

The Opportunity
Wyrd Bookstore is a community space built around a love of reading, discovery, and bringing some magic into our lives. Between the book clubs, events, cafe, gifts, bookseller recommendations, and of course, the books, there was an opportunity to showcase the store's atmosphere, bring more readers through the door, and support the store's continued growth online.
The Solution
A growing library of fresh photography, video, and evergreen media assets, paired with creative consulting to help Wyrd tell its story, highlight its offerings, and connect with its community online.
The Opportunity
Blood in My Sink is a short film that needed thoughtful planning and hands-on coordination to bring the production together. As Line Producer and Assistant Director, my role was to keep the moving pieces organized, support the crew, and ensure each shoot day ran smoothly and safely.
The Solution
I coordinated crew logistics, developed shoot schedules, supported pre-production planning, and managed on-set operations, including meals and dietary restrictions. By adapting to changing needs and keeping the team fed, safe, and on track, we wrapped two hours early on day one and one hour early on day two.

The Opportunity
Death of an Editor is a short film that required hands-on set coordination to keep the crew safe, the production moving, and the shoot on schedule. As First Assistant Director, I was responsible for balancing the day's creative needs with the practical realities of production.
The Solution
I coordinated the crew, managed the shooting schedule and maintained safe on-set operations. When day two fell significantly behind schedule, I reworked a sequence of seven planned shots into three, collaborated with the director and director of photography to align on the approach, and kept the production moving. We ended up wrapping 30 minutes early.
The Opportunity
Shimmer Communications needed a better way to organize a client's media coverage by topic and format, making it easier to track placements, identify trends, and find relevant examples for future outreach.
The Solution
I developed a filterable media tracking spreadsheet that organizes coverage by topic and format to turn the growing collection of media hits into a searchable, actionable resource.
